Exactly as described. I'm using these to make white tissue paper pom poms for my wedding decorations and this white coated floral wire was perfect. It's strong enough to shape and hold but flexible enough to work with. The coating is nice so the color of the wire doesn't affect the look of my pretty white decorations.
