Usual KitchenAid quality and performance. Lovely color choices. But no user manual!
I’m a KitchenAid fan. This one matches my little 3 1/2 cup chopper, my stand mixer and my hand held mixer - all Empire Red. Beautiful color. Not the garish red of some appliances. I love that it stores all the accessories inside since I recently downsized and would have trouble finding a place to store them. As with all KitchenAid appliances, it works like a charm. My only complaint is that it did not come with a user manual. The only thing in the box was a little pamphlet talking about safety. I also read that it came with a dough blade but there is only one. This one is labeled as a multi blade so I’m assuming it is dual use but as another reviewer has mentioned, it would be nice to get some more information. I thought maybe you could download a user manual off the web but I couldn’t find one.

La marca habla por si sola, a mi me ha funcionado muy bien para hacer salsas, moler carne, rebanar verduras, la calidad de las navajas y el acabado es excelente.
