Not as good as it looks
This toilet looks great but looks can be deceiving, it’s doesn’t flush well even with a small amount of tissue you have to flush twice which means using more water , all the water flows at the back of the toilet so the front it’s getting cleaned , also it would be more comfortable to sit on bricks then the seat it comes with

Doesn’t come with any fixings wouldn’t have ordered it if that was stated as I could have got the whole thing from plumbers merchant with everything included for £15 more

Came with no fixings so siliconed it down. Now need to pull it back out cos seat has come loose

Lovely quality
The case is as expected. Lovely high gloss to match vanity sink unit. When I had a question the lady at plumbworld was very helpful can not fault them..

This is an amazing product it looks the part and is well made would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to upgrade their bathroom / toilet. On unpacking the toilet found a crack but customer service was very quick to send a replacement could not fault the service.

Medium range quality
This is a medium range quality toilet with back to wall unit. Toilet syphon is very noisy when the tank gets full filled with water and that is very disturbing!
