I personally have found I get much better fitness readings by placing my Apple Watch on my ankle over my dorsalis pedis artery which is located by the ankle on the outer side versus my upper arm or wrist . This band’s stretchiness makes for a comfortable and secure fit.

This product is ok. It doesn't fit well (for me) as a daily wear. It does fit so that I can move my watch up my arm in order to use wrist weights, but since I have to change the band before my workout it doesn't really fit my lifestyle.

It’s good for its price point and it’s comfortable.

I am to the place in my life where I buy duplicates if I find something I like. I have 2 of these -blue and purple- and they are much more adjustable and comfortable than the more expensive arm bands. I use the band when I’m lifting weights but mostly I wear it when I’m outside doing things in my yard. Today I had one on from 7am until 5:00 pm. Next time they go on sale I’ll buy another one!

Everything I expected. Holds up doing cardio workouts and weight training. Definitely recommended, if you are considering.
