Delicious!
Live in a rural area and I don’t have access to real parmigiana regiano. This is a little pricey but we love it. Adds pizzaz to sauces and pasta dishes. I save the freeze the rind and toss them in the pot when I make homemade soup. Gives the dish a much more complex flavor.

The best Parm I’ve ever been able to buy
THis Parmesan is absolute heaven. I have tried the 60 month, unbelievable. And recently I ordered the 36 month It is also perfection. Years ago I started to use only Parmesan cheese from Italy. yes, it is expensive but worth every delicious bite. This is the best Italian Parmesan I’ve ever tasted .

Mild with good texture
Cheese tasted excellent. Mild with good texture. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the shipping box. I’ve bought less expensive cheese and it was packaged with a thermo liner in the box, a couple frozen blocks that were still frozen. This didn’t have thermo liner with one frozen block that was hotter than room temperature. Maybe there are different rules shipping food in different countries.

This is my go to Parmesan. I've ordered several times and will be ordering again very soon. No saw dust (cellulose) fillers here like the store bought fake parmesan "cheese" grated shakers.

Best cheese ever. Need a little longer to ship but I don’t mind to receive this amazing cheese. I shared this cheese with my daughter in law, her mom was born in Italy. She told me this is the best cheese . I know I will use the cheese for many of my recipes and I will use it up in no time. So I will by some again
