Has anyone used this for making things other than shakes? Like any protein desserts or protein balls? How does it mix?

I stir Vanilla into my morning coffee as my "creamer." I have to sprinkle it in and stir each little dash to dissolve, but melts smooth and creamy! I have also used it in both cooked and raw oatmeal with milk. Could probably use it in anything similarly flavored like the peanut butter into homemade Reece's cups or cookies, Banana or other fruit ones into muffins - might need to adjust flour and baking time. I am going to try this now that it came to my mind! Thanks!
