Bought this for my mother who has dementia. I use it as a identification and medical alert necklace. I have bought others throughout the years. One of the best features is that you can write information on both sides. Easy to read. Others we’ve had from other companies were hard to read. This one is the nicest one by far. Worth the money.

The item came quickly in nice packaging. Gold tone pendant came w black nylon chain and gold-tone clasp chain to choose from. The pendant has a nice bail, pendant print is clear and entire message spelled correctly. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this Seller.

This is made well. I don't like the fact that my chain has a random hoop in it to hold it together in the middle of the chain. It also took awhile to get it. But it was worth the wait. All my info that I needed is on the tag and is easy readable.

Red painted medical symbol falls off after a short time. Edges are a bit sharp and it's a bit heavy. Nice engraving though.

The engraving is really nice and it is sturdy and well made. Came with a chain and a cord to hang it from, giving you options depending on what activity you are doing. Bought mine to wear during water activities so the cord will be helpful. Would buy again.
