A Nice Subtle Shade Of PINK Chalked Spray Paint!
Firstly, I’ve been experimenting quite a bit with chalk finish paint to refresh some outdoor furniture before hosting a baby shower. I have found Rustoleum’s Chalked line of spray paint to have the best quality, appearance, and overall texture compared to most other paints. The fact that it’s offered in a spray paint form also makes it less messy and fairly more hassle-free than most all of the other options available also. I used the Blush Pink shade to refinish this old little side table I use for plants. The table was originally finished in a dark red cherry wood tone but appears to be made from composite materials as it’s very lightweight and the wood finish could be sanded off easily. I cleaned the table off and then very lightly sanded the shiny sheen off of it where I could, without being too worried about getting it all off and without removing the cherry wood tones. I then sprayed it with three light coats of the paint. If there where any drips or accidentally thick spots of the paint, I hit them with a foam mini paint roller immediately after spraying to incorporate them better. Drying time was very quick- it only took 10-15 mins for each light coat to be dry to the touch, but I still gave each coat about an hour total outside in 77 degree sunshine to dry (probably unnecessary though). I’m ordering the chalked top matte coat to finish off the piece and will probably hit it it with a sealer too before putting it back outside. However, at this point, I’m very happy with the results! I wanted a subtle shade of pink but was mostly shooting for any kind of boho-looking light-colored chalk finish so I was flexible. This paint goes on very stark white-looking, but then seems to settle into a light pink shade after drying out fully. It has great coverage, though I did use one whole can on this one table. Still worth the $10 for the end result. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this product!

So easy! Dries fast!
I love this paint! The regular liquid paint is great but this is bees knees! No, for real! Ok so I painted my end tables with the liquid version of the rustoleum chalked pain and the spray paint in “white”. Too white. Waaaaayyy too white. So I ordered the “Chiffon cream” and it’s perfect! It’s the perfect farmhouse white. Oh also, I did not sand or prep the tables at all other than using an all purpose cleaner and a rag to wipe them down before initially painting them. They were a medium tone wood with some sort of shiny sealer (I believe they were from the 1960’s, they were my grandmas). It’s a matte finish so keep in mind you’ll see wherever you spray too close bc those spots will be shinier. Also drip marks are a given. But that’s why this is so awesome, you just take your sanding block and rub it off when it’s dry. It took about a can per table (shown in pic). I recommend buying an extra can in case you need it. Our local hardware store (H—- D——) doesn’t carry this color so be prepared! 2 coats might be enough but I did 3 to be sure I got the coverage I wanted. Chiffon cream on left and the white on the right in the picture. Every time I purchase something online, I always check the reviews. I count on others to help me choose the best option. My reviews are always my honest opinion and I try to include photos if possible. If my review has helped you in any way, please click the "helpful" button below so that I know! Great coverage and texture
I used the Rust-Oleum Chalked Spray Paint in Charcoal to refinish an antique mirror for my vanity. The coverage was perfect! Love the color, and it only took one coat of paint. This spray paint covered the previous finish without needing to remove it. I added bronze details to this project for a lovely "dark academia" look. Turned out great!

Lovely color and finish.
I used the serenity blue spray paint to paint an old, two tiered wicker cat basket that sits prominently on my balcony. It's the F.O.'s (Fluffy Overlord's) throne, so it is perched in full view on the left corner of my balcony, eye level to the front door and anyone coming, going, or passing by on the sidewalk in front. The basket had been a screaming turquoise blue for many years, but sitting in all kinds of weather it had begun to flake and generally look quite shabby. We have a rather persnickety HOA board, and I know the basket must have started grating on some nerves. I can't find a similar replacement basket for the life of me, so I picked out this paint, and I figure it will give it a classy new vibe and hopefully protect it from the weather for many more years to come. I wasn't in any way careful or methodical in preparing it to be sprayed. No sanding, priming or anything. I just gave it a good shake to get off any detritus, slapped down a few flattened cardboard boxes to catch the overspray, and went to town. The paint went on smoothly, dried quickly, and looks great. Note that it will spray on glossy and lighter than it will look when dry. It will turn matte and darken a bit as it dries. I'm sure it will last plenty long to suit my purposes. Hopefully F.O. approves. *fingers crossed*

True to cap color, chalky finish
I bought two additional cans of this paint on Amazon after ordering a six-pack of the same paint from a major home improvement center, to make sure I would have enough for 4 chairs. This was based upon other reviews. I painted the first coat on all 4 chairs with the Amazon cans, because some said their color was much lighter. My color was the same as the can lid, I even held it up to the chair. I got a light first coat on 4 X-back style chair frames, but the seats were stained, not painted. You really need to shake this paint well, and it will spot-spatter spray at the end of the can. Get one of the can spray attachments to make spraying this product easier. I did the first coat without one, and it is absolutely a game changer. I am planning to smoke glaze and poly my chairs, so still have a ways to go. Overall, my paint was the right color, chalky finish, and I would estimate one can, at least, per chair if you're painting the seats.

Rustoleum Chalked Tate Green Ultra Matte Spray Paint Looks Beautiful and Works As Expected
The Tate Green Chalked color matches the photo (as best a photo can represent a color in person). And when sprayed on per directions looks beautiful.

Final color is way off. This is neon orange.
As always with rustoleum the quality of the paint and the spray can is on point. But for this one it’s the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1. It dries to a Matt chalky finish as advertised. However: I got this to redo or touch up some paint on my motorcycle’s subframe and the color match was supposedly nearly perfect. I was hoping for it when I held the can’s cap next to it and could barely see any difference. Excited to have found the best possible match my next step was to test the color on a swatch. Here came my surprise as the painted color was a neon orange rather than the farmhouse red as advertised. I held the cap next to the test part and the color was WAY off. This was not a matter of a shade or two as is expected when paint dries, it was so off I was surprised it even came from the same can. I was very disappointed as I had this shipped internationally specifically for its near perfect supposed color match. Sadly nowhere near it. I’m just glad I tested it before applying any of it to my bike.
