Taste isn’t very strong and doesn’t taste the best. I am used to the ice tea flavour. Overall does what it says on the tin, as I feel instantly hydrated after drinking.

I take pain meds that can make me dehydrated. These are excellent and help stop my dry mouth. I love these. Nice fresh taste. I've bought them many times and they were great during the Summer heat wave.
