Dissolve quickly
These are really good. Dissolved quickly in a pint of water and definitely prevent me from getting cramp. Taste pleasant and are very competitively priced.

However, the strong taste when under-diluted is a significant issue. It's crucial to use a full glass of water; otherwise, you might find yourself wincing at the intensity. While Fast&Up Reload is effective, the fussy preparation and potential for an unpleasant drinking experience if you're not careful knock it down to a middle-of-the-road option. It's decent for those who don't mind being precise with their mixing, but there might be more user-friendly alternatives out there.

Great for Hydration!
I take pain meds that can make me dehydrated. These are excellent and help stop my dry mouth. I love these. Nice fresh taste. I've bought them many times and they were great during the Summer heat wave.

Love these! pop them in my water when im working out! on days when i dont have time to make my own work out water! im not crazy about supplements, rather do it naturally but i recognise and appreciate there is a place for them in society! these are good, i like the taste lemony, they dissolve completely, yeh, i think they are great when i need to use them
