Everybody's different but this product works better for me than more expensive ones.

This is the best L-Citruline that I've found. Taking one or two at bedtime makes me feel like a teenager when I wake up in the morning...and I'm 70. This has eliminated of a number of issues since I started taking this. Other brands haven't had the same results. For what I want this for, it definitely works. Like any supplement, allow two or three weeks before expecting to see results. Although, I must say, the results showed much sooner than I expected.

This is a good quality product; it is potent. I recommend this product to all the old guys out there :-)

This is the second time that I’ve used in combination with the L arginine, I’m really not convinced that it gave me any improvement. The first time I used it I am going to keep it up for six months, and then I will reevaluate.

I didn't have this product tested in a lab so the results are from my own experience. I use Citruline as a recovery aide. It's been my experience that I suffer less delayed onset soreness when I do. Without getting wonky about how it works I will just say that it has the effects of causing mild vasodilation. In the meathead world of weight lifting they call it pump. So... After a year of taking Swanson Citruline I noticed a noticable difference from the 4 other Citruline products I've used over a similar time frame. I experienced a significant decrease in D.O.M.S over the others. I also noticed that my peripheral vasculature was more pronounced as well. More than any other "NITRO" malarkey product has produced. So there you have it. A totally unscientific, anecdotal review.

I ordered this hoping it would help with high blood pressure, I`ve only been taking it for a couple of days. I haven`t checked my blood pressure yet, but I have been getting random boners since I started taking this especially when I wake up in the morning.
