I am always a size medium, and the size medium worked great. It is slimming and doesn't bunch up very much, but my favorite part is that the bra actually holds my breasts well while also opening up for nursing well. That is a magic combination! I am happy with the purchase and will probably get another one.

This will be a staple in my post-pregnancy wardrobe
I found this product to be very helpful in smoothing my 2-month post-partum belly and helping me feel more comfortable in my clothes that don't fit the same way any more. Here is what I love about it:-Easy to nurse in. The crossover top has plenty of stretch and easily moves to the side for nursing-Not too constricting. I can breath easily, whether sitting or standing.-Helps "hold in" my loose ab muscles. I get just the right amount of support around my midsection where I need it the most.-Nearly invisible. Its totally smooth under my clothes doesn't bunch up or stick out akwardly, even under a tighter shirt. It has thick straps so it wouldn't work under a spaghetti strap or some tank tops.-It can be worn with a bra or without, depending on how much support you need.-It is long. That helps to keep it from cutting into weird places. It could be tucked into your pants if you want, or you can leave the ends sticking out like a neutral colored tank top under whatever you're wearing.This will be an essential part of my wardrobe now! I think it will be replacing the belly bands that I was using under my clothes because this provides more support. In my opinion, this product is the next step after the Mamaway Postpartum Belly Band because that one provides more support that would be better in the weeks immediately after birth. This one is a more long-term solution that won't be as constricting and will be more invisible under clothes.I found that the bottom slides up a little bit but it didn't really bother me.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are my own and I was truly impressed by this product.
