Helps with keeping me alert all day.
Take it every morning. Six months now. My wife started taking it and she is a different person. Vey alert now herself.

It helps my mind think better. I am 78 and it is sometimes hard to remember things but this helps.
To help me remember things like names, places. etc. It works.

Results are very slow. Not sure I’m sticking with it. To be fair, I’m a senior and my metabolism isn’t what is once was.

This is not the stuff sold by the guy in the video. Ingredients are way off and little insignia above Pro Mind, is different.
