This product is wonderful. I had gone to a major hardware site and bought a 5'x6' flag set for the Fourth of July. I set it up on a column on my patio and found that I had to unwrap the flag from the pole at least once and often twice a day. Frustrated, I found this on Amazon and although the pole was 1/4" less in diameter, I have never had to unwrap the flag even once since it was installed. I looks great and was a great purchase. If you are having problems with a flag wrapping around your flag pole, I would definitely recommend this item!.

Really surprised how nice this flag pole is. It goes together easily. There are a couple of options for the pole angle. The bracket is metal and very sturdy. It was nice to find that our flag will no longer wrap around the pole in the wind as the clips that attach the flag can move around with the wind.Great value for the money!

I intentionally waited to write this review to see if the pole will actually keep my flag from wrapping up as advertised. It has been three weeks and my flag has not wrapped up; not even one time. This product performs as advertised and is very nice. My only, minor concern, is with the butterfly screws provided - they're stainless steel and I would have preferred for them to be black to match the pole and base. Highly recommend this pole.

Flag pole performed as expected for the first 6 months. However, started noticing that the flag was getting tangled around the pole. Finally pulled down today and discovered that the top flag pole ring was completely seized. This should not have happened in 6 months.Would like to contact the company to provide them an opportunity to resolve but did not see a way to reach out. I will be happy to reassess the rating depending on how the company responds.Update: Changed rating from 1 to 4 star. Was able to connect with the vendor and they promptly shipped me two new swivel rings. Still don't know why swivel ring failed but the vendors prompt response to resolve was highly appreciated.

I've purchased 3 flag poles in the past 2 years. This is the best quality flag pole thus far. I have flags of varying size and weight. None of my flags have been entangled due to the wind since I put this flag pole up. A standout and worth purchasing.

LOVE IT , it is easy to assemble, (instructions incl) everything you could possibly need to assemble, (including allen wrench for tightening flag bace. very sturdy,its huge, (we left a bar off to have the flag at a height we liked) light weight, rotating flag clips. really a good buy.

Nice quality, easy to use, looks great!Basic black with a good finish. Seems to be able to withstand our moderately windy environment. I like how nicely “finished” it looks when all put together.Next test? Winter! More later.

Bought product because it had ball bearings in the swivel mount for the flag. Have had to free up the swivels and used WD-40 to lubricate In hopes they won’t lock up again and cause the flag to wrap around pole. This flag flies 24/7 except in very windy weather so need reliable products
