I love pravana but this was the first time I tried the locked in line. In comparison to the regular vivids I feel these aren't as pigmented also the texture is weird, it's like a gel like consistency that makes it hard to work into the hair. The pro is that it doesn't bleed as much and the application the dye wasn't messy. But the color wasn't as bright of blue like the original vivids so I think I'll stick to the original line. As for shipping it same sooner than expected date so that was awesome.

Not as good as when your a student and you get it straight from pravana
I love love pravana I used to buy this exact product from stores while a student and those were all locked in no transfer but this product is transferring on everything and it’s been a week and multiple washes! It doesn’t stick to the hair like it should. Disappointing especially when I’ve used pravana vivid slicked in blue before....

Pravana gives vibrant long-lasting color.I apply mine on dry dirty hair, up to 1 hour. Any dampness really dilutes the product, reduces the color and will fade sooner.Product shipped on time and boxes/tubes in excellent condition.

it's perfect for my needs
I've been using this brandfor a few years now, it's perfect for my needs. Long lasting and the color truly locks in. I started with my hairdresser doing my hair, just started doing it myself. And didn't manage to mess it up. Yay me!Great product!!

Not as good as the original VIVIDs.
The Locked In doesn't work as well as the original VIVIDs line. The color is uneven, you have to use twice as much dye, and it's not as vibrant. I was very disappointed after I had such success with the original VIVIDs. The color does lock, but to get the actual color advertised, you also have to leave it in much longer than the recommended half hour. Definitely not worth your money.
