This is a great water pill! It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard size capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. They are very easy to take and do not bother my stomach at all. They are great for getting away the little bit of below from water weight!

I tried this at a low dosage for several days but didn't see much improvement in my problem (swollen legs and feet). Then I upped it to the recommended dose of 1 capsule twice a day.At the same time, I got more conscientious about wearing my support stockings and spending a few hours with my legs elevated mid-day. The combination of those seemed to do the trick and by evening, my legs were a lot less swollen.
