Our heater arrived on time by two very kind men. It was heavy so they put it in our garage. It was very good quality and kept us very warm on a windy summer eve. Very pleased and such a good price.

So hard to install. need two people. Missing parts. instructions are terrible. you need a degree to put it together. you need AAA battery for igniter. Also no refund or return allows. 100% waste of money. Don’t buy. looks like i was sold a returned product. worse thing i’ve paid for on Amazon. they should stop using this seller! Period.

This is ideal for your garden. Gets used regularly for sitting in the garden in the evenings. Let's out plenty of heat.

Assembly was difficult due to vague instructions and as all the screws, bolts and nuts of different sizes were in one bag so had no idea which to use.Once we worked this out it went up easily. You need to added a battery for the ignition - you screw the button off and add it to the back of the button. There is no mention of this in the instructions.Product wise it's great. Easy to light. Gives off good heat, easy to move on the wheels.

After a lot of trial and error trying to fathom out the diagrams of how to put it together, (nothing numbered or labelled to say what went where), we ended up watching a very good video on YouTube of how to assemble it. As others have stated, you need a AAA battery for the ignition and it doesn’t tell you where it goes in the so called “instructions”! To insert the battery, you need to unscrew the ignition button.N.B. - Just be aware that you may have difficulty in getting gas for it! We thought it would just be a simple case of buying a bottle from our local camping store but this was not the case. We were informed that they would be willing to refill a bottle for us but we couldn’t enter into a contract with them (as we had expected) as apparently there is a nationwide shortage of gas bottles!!! After much ringing around we did manage to find somewhere where we could get gas and bottle. So, if you don’t already have a bottle and can’t buy one second hand, be prepared to pay out more than you’d expect to cover the cost of the bottle.

Pretty impressed !Output of heat is very intense.The heater came flat packed. It’s a bit fiddly & needs two people to set up.Once set up, it appears good quality. Has really good wheel for portability! Like most metal garden products keep them dry with a cover and they won’t rust. This not allowing them to become weak and prone to breaking I will be keeping it covered.The ignition is a waste of time.So we used our long arm stove gas lighter to light pilot.Sat toast underneath whilst writing this review.Happy May 2024 👏🏻👏🏻🥰😍

It’s bigger than I expected but I am very pleased with it. I love the outdoors so being able to sit outside without freezing is a bonus. Highly recommend

I was not able to use this item because it was faulty. It was also non returnable so I got a refund and took it to my recycling site.
