I've read the other reviews. A number of them give 1 or 2 stars because the product showed up damaged. Which I am sorry this happened. I've ordered this shampoo / conditioner twice. Both times the containers were in excellent condition when they arrived at my home. I have used this product as recommended per the instructions on the bottle for 3 1/2 months. Using it almost every day (probably 28 out of 30 days a month). My hair is less gray than when I first started using the product. This was confirmed by my wife as well. The shampoo cleans my hair very well, even after I have just exercised. The conditioner makes my hair softer and more manageable. With how it has helped my hair, I would recommend this shampoo/conditioner. This is not a hair dye, so results did not happen in a day, week or a month. As I stated above, I've been using this product for 3 1/2 months and will continue to use it.

It’s too early to tell whether it’s working, but the fragrance is off-putting. I had to throw away the conditioner because it was overpowering with both. Why does there have to be fragrance? They’re irritants and negate any beneficial ingredients in a product.

I have used this product for three years and my mature hair has never been stronger or healthier. It makes my hair feel soft and blends my grey. It’s the only product I use.

Made my hair feel like I hadn't washed it in weeks! Weighed my hair down. Can't use it.If you have thin hair it's probably great though (hence the 2nd star) & did tone down my grey.

Bought this as an alternative to the just for men grey reducintg shampoo that is now laced with hemp oil, which will cause you to fail a drug test. However this product smells great but in the end result just does not work and is a waste of money.
