My daughter loved this game many years ago
My daughter loved this game many years ago. She is now a nun in training and I have sent this game to be played with all the newbies. It is bound to be a big hit as they are all around 20 years old. I would have sent the one from home, but I use it with the children I teach yearly and found a less used version for such a great price. If you are a great fan of the cartoon, you will love this game.

Fun even for smaller kids
After reading other reviews, I purchased this game for my 3 and 5 year olds -I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun we had!The younger one played with Daddy as adults must read and explain the game as it goes along - but the way the game is set up in "rounds" makes it easy and fun.The times printed on the cards make it educational too, in teaching which time is earlier etc.Don't overlook this game just because it says for 8 and above!

Was not as described.
I bought this item as "Very Good" condition and when it arrived it was falling apart. The board game had been taped back together, and the cards and board pieces were VERY used. I was very disappointed as this was a gift for christmas and I was extremely unhappy with the condition it was in. Should not have been labeled 'very good' condition.

Didn't look not used
Review said the game had only been used once. Box looked worn and old. Saying it had only been used once gave me the impression it would look newer.

Fun, unique family game
My daughters got this one for Christmas and I was expecting a "roll the dice and move to the end of the board" kind of game. Boy was I surprised! My family have all enjoyed this one. This includes gamers like myself that need something interesting to keep my going and gamers like my wife who want something with easy rules. This game gives us a good balance -- not hard to learn but unique rules that make it different.Naturally, my girls (6 and 8) love it. They will often play together and don't need our help (except to breakup the occasional fight that sisters will have). My 14 year old son will even play it with us from time to time! There are several educational aspects that come to mind. First, rolling dice and counting are important basic skills. Players take turns based on time shown on cards, so learning to figure out earlier / later on digital clocks is learned. Simple reading is part of the game, although non-readers can play. Less obvious is the fact that there is real strategy to the game and the opportunity to figure out how to effectively use the girls as a team.It is now 10 months later and this is still popular with the girls and for family games. That alone makes it worth the 5 star rating for me.

Fun game!!
When I opened this game my first thought was that it was going to be too complicated for my kids. Finally I read through the directions and started playing. It turned out to be a fun game that can be adjusted for those as young as 5. For instance, we throw out the Mayor card because it means skipping another player's turn...Also my kids love the board and finding the places like Pokey Oaks School and Mojo Jojo's hideout plus squeal when the Powerpuff girls fall into a TRAP! It's great fun to beat the villains or get knocked out trying. This game is probably optimal for 6-7 year olds. We can play one full game in about 15-20 minutes. My recommendation is to take time and study the directions first. We don't even watch the Power Puff show, but this game is great entertainment...way more fun than Candy Land.

Villians go bye-bye
In this game, the object is to defeat four villains to win. They have all the villians like they do on TV, such as the Rowdy Ruff Boys, Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, the Princess, and others. You draw cards and whoever has the earliest time on their card goes first. You take 2 at a time. Whoever it shows on the card that's who you move. There are 3 die, one for each Powerpuff girl. However many are on a space that's how many dice you role. Some of them are harder than others and are harder to capture (or defeat). You can also get tiles (the things with the villains on them) that say you can reroll all die. You can not only be one Powerpuff Girl because you draw cards that move each of them. I fthey are defeated, or knocked out, they lie down on the board and you can not play them until the next round, when you draw new cards. Well since I have almost explained the whole game, you can figure the rest out yourself by buying it! It really is fun, especially for people who love the TV series.
