I heard about this kind of insert when I want to Canada and scheduled a walking tour in winter. They really make a difference keeping my feet warm - my toes get cold and numb much faster than other people's due to toe surgery so I'm always looking for good products.I recommend putting these on top of the inserts that come in the shoe instead of removing the others. They're not as good alone as they are as an add on insert. But as an add on I think they add protection from the cold. Definitely recommend

I am a rural mail carrier and have trouble keeping my feet warm. My current boots made by Sorrel were not insulating the bottoms of me=y feet very well. These insoles definitely added a layer of insulation and helped keep my feet warm during some pretty cold days.

These were comfortable, and they are thin enough to put in shoes without being too thick. I was worried that they might not be big enough, as I wear a size 15 or 16, but I didn't cut them down any and they are large enough.They actually kept my feet warmer too!

Do not keep your feet warm don’t waste your money

I purchased this for my daughter who has a business walking dogs. We live in New England and it gets very cold and her feet were always cold. She loves them!!! She has worn them so much, that she wore a hole in one of them. She still uses them since they work so well. Maybe should be a little more durable, but does keep her feet nice and warm.

Liners work pretty well as long as you are up and moving around. I work outside and have to be in one place for periods of time. If you are seated or standing in one place, the liners are not much help. For walking or hiking, they are pretty good.

Purchased to wear in winter boots last winter. Went to put them back in this winter and figured I should write a review. Not only are the very comfortable to wear, but they do an EXCELLENT job keeping your feet warm when walking on snow and ice. They made a noticeable difference immediately after putting them in. I would highly recommend them for anyone standing on ice or cold concrete during the winter. They have held up extremely well and I forsee at least another season out of them.

They work well and are durable. Just wished they breath a little better
