All amazon services should be link these guys.I had a defective device. They sent a new one.I had a few questions on the installation - they answered live.Had a few random questions after set up with regards to converting to a smart home. They had all the solutions.Device works great.

The media could not be loaded.  I have ordered 7 of them now in total and they all have functioned well. I want to me ruin that I ordered the 7 in batches 3-2-2 and with one of my orders, i received a multi channel remote which has been very helpful for controlling many of them at once. I recommend ordering these in bulk of you are doing a larger project. Rollerhouse mentioned to me that it will make it easier for them to include the multi channel remotes if orders are done in aggregate. Overall I am very happy with their product and everyone that sees them thinks they are really cool.TIP: When you are looking to set the upper and lower limits, get the shade somewhat close to where you want the limit BEFORE you put it into limit setting mode. The fine tuning of the limit is very precise so each time you adjust, the shade will move about a centimeter. Doing this before setting the limit will save you time, especially if the shade is very long like mine.

It took a bit of work to get this installed, but once it's been installed it worked perfectly for a few months. Then one day it just died, I tried different power adapters, re-setting, etc; but the motor has just died. I contacted the seller's customer service at [email protected], and I got an email asking "Please check when plug in and then press red button on the motor head, is there any beeping comes from roller motor?" which I responded. However, not a word after that, no emails no matter how many times I followed-up. So, I guess if the unit is completely dead, customer service also goes dead so they don't have to replace it under warranty. So please be aware when buying this because when (not an if)it does, you will be out of luck, and shade now stuck in place until you find a suitable replacement unit. I bought a whole bunch of these and automated a lot of blinds at home. Now I am looking for an alternate seller who actually has a real customer service so that I can replace them. I understand products can die over time, especially ones with a motor, but not in 4 months. I expect it to work longer than that, especially if you only use it twice a day.
