Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth 2.5Lb Jug

Recently I had a serious problem with sciatic nerve pain - in my lower back, left hip and down my left leg. I could barely walk and then all hunched over. Had trouble sleeping and also had night sweats. Went to the chiropractor and started on the D.E. about the same time. Within a week I was able to walk and climb stairs normally and could even touch my toes. Now I sleep through the night without waking up at all, and I wake up in the morning with plenty of energy. I'm 67 years old and was recently complimented on my skin looking younger and being wrinkle-free. I am most amazed at the much-improved quality of my elimination. Without going into all the gross details, let's just say I am now MUCH cleaner inside. :-) My belly is shrinking and my waistline is more defined. Praise God for His provision for His children! I've been taking this for 3 weeks. How I began is I poured a little milk in the bottom of my cereal bowl then added one teaspoon of DE and stir. It dissolves right away. If you want to be like a lot of MEN you can fill a glass up with something then add this onto the top and stir your hand off. Would you do that to dissolve flour? Of course not. Anyway, I'm prone to nausea so I , for the first two days, only had half a teaspoon twice daily . Now I take one tablespoon daily--it doesn't matter what you take it in; I just wouldn't put it in something hot or, in a CASSEROLE! Never had a headache. RESULTS: after a week on this my bad fatigue is gone! For a couple years, when I'd get all dressed and drive to the grocery store, buy a huge load of food , drive home then unload the groceries I'd almost pass out. I did this yesterday and , to my amazement, I was barely tired at all last night. The other result is my MOOD has improved. I feel likeDOING THINGS like a normal person! My fingernails are growing and, for some reason I think has to do with feeling less anxious, I don't wish to chew them. TMI? One major (to me) side effect of this is it appears to empty your colon. If you think that's a good thing , then take it on a day when you have a date or one where you won't be close to a bathroom. Because of this, I think it will reduce stomach bloat. And thus, body weight.

Fist I really love using DE. And this is the only one I use now. I just bought my fourth jug. When I take it at least, 4 times a week, I notice that my nails are stronger and my hair grows, quickly. I trust this brand, and recently went to the website.He talked about the quality of the DE site. They test it, to make sure it is right for human needs. That was news to me. I thought all "food grade "DE was the same.One thing that got me interested was that, it is good for bones. Skin, hair, nails and bones are about the last to get nutrition.Also, I just take it in water. It has no taste and is easy to take.I feel the dedication of this company and it works! Thanks!

Diatomaceous earth is amazing! So far Im moving into my second week, and Im doing great.My first week wasn't so great but I was ready for the detox. I wasn't ill informed and I did my research. I knew what was coming. Listed below is all my detox symptoms that I had personally for me.Detox symptoms: aggressive sinus drainage, headaches, eye stye, muscle pains, old injury pains in my toe (sprained the crap out of it to where it didn't stop hurting until a year later), abdomen bloating/pain (more than likely due to yeast removal, build up, parasites, prescriptions), PCOS symptoms (pain from the cysts).I know for a fact that the Diatomaceous earth was hard at work clearing out what was ailing me. PCOS has been a long time issue for me so Im really hoping to see how far it will push it to clear it out entirely That was probably my biggest detox symptom in the first week.Now that Im past most of the symptoms Ive noticed my hair, eyes, nails are amazing (2nd week). I've tried several DE products but this one is the best. It seems purer and finer than others I've used. I put this in my morning drink to start the day. It give me energy that slowly winds down as the day goes on working along with my body's own rhythm, so nice. It's not gritty at all. I only use between 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily and find that that amount is just right for me. Start out with a small amount and let your own body decide how much to use. NOTE TO EARTHWORKS: Please don't ever change this DE!

We have used Diatomaceous Earth for many years. The following information cited in an article. "Many people eat a quarter cup of food grade diatomaceous earth every day. They mix it into juice. I have visited with several people that are keen on living past 100 years that believe that eating lots diatomaceous earth every day will help them with that goal." I have found references where it is cited for colon cleansing, parasite control and detoxing.

I really like it! So, I initially purchased this to use as a source of silica to help my hair and nails grow faster. After about 3 months of taking 1 tablespoon per day, those results were achieved. But an added bonus was the weight lost! Since taking this product, I have lost 15 pounds which I believe is due to the cleansing aspects of my colon, liver and strong bowel movements (sorry). But, its working and I am pleasantly surprised!
