Hi - I just bought this recently from Amazon , although the labeling looks different from the above picture ( no big deal probably , companies frequently change their labels) anyway the ingredients : Vit D3( Cholecalciferol from lanolin) 5000 IU(1250%) Vit K2 ( Menaquinone 7  MK 7) ( from Geraniol {pine}) 90 mcg ....other ingredients: Xylitol,Sorbitol,vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystline, Cellulose,Dicalcium Sulfate,Silicon Dioxide,Natural Peach flavor ,and natural Apricot flavor . .... Geez I didn't realize how ingredients were actually in this! It does seem to work , as I was low in vit D in my blood test previously . I was wiped out ! I'm fine now . It tastes really good like apricots , in fact so good I want to eat it like candy , so I put it out of sight !  I only take it occasionally now ! I do recommend bit it because of the amount of Vit K2 in comparison to the amount of Vit D . Michaels has a good reputation .

This product claims to be gluten free but it's produced in a plant were wheat also is process. So is it gluten free or not.

Yes, it is Gluten Free. I have some major problems with gluten and I have been taking this vitamin since June and I don't feel any gluten effect, but as far as the effect of this vitamin, I feel so good!  I remember the first week I started taking it, I felt like someone jump-started me!  I feel almost like a new person.  I have Hypothyroidsm so this pill really helps.  I still have other symptoms but at least I have more energy and my mind is clearer.  I take a pill 5 times a week because I need 25,000 UI  I hope it answered  your question Evelia

Is it pine or natto?

i called the company, they told me it used to be natto, but they switched to pine.  the packaging that is shown is the old formula (natto) but what you will receive when you order is the new packaging with pine instead.
