Very cute, but feels fragile
This is a cute mug. But if you are wanting to look like a kitty cat while you're drinking, you won't. I got this for my daughter who loves cats. She loves the mug but says it feels very thin...it doesn't have a heaviness to it and says she's nervous about putting it in the dishwasher. So she hand washes it. The may not be the issue for everyone, but if you are a dishwasher only kind of person, this may not be for you.

Cute gift but not great for hot drinks
I bought this for a co-worker for secret Santa due to her love of cats and drinking coffee/tea. It is super cute and she loved it, but because its very thin glass it isn't doesn't pair well with hot drinks which is unfortunate. Cute but not practical for the coffee drinker.

Poor quality, good thing I bought it
Put in hot water to make tea and the cup broke.The quality of the glass is poor, it has that cheap cloudy look.Design was cute while it lasted

Great Product
I bought this for my sister since she is a cat lady. It came exactly as pictured and she loved it! They also followed up with an email to make sure it came as ordered and everything was correct, which was nice and good customer service. Good buy!

Don’t wash the cup
Super cute but once you wash it the cat face comes right off unfortunately now it’s just a plain glass mug
