Good, slips on tiles when used as single layer
Be careful Slips on vetrified tiles in single layer,but has grip on the tiles with both layers. While using as single layer I place it on antiskid mat.Serving my aerobic purpose well . The product holds weight for ladies.

Quality is OK. My weight is 84 Kgs and when I stand on it there is slight bend. OK for me. Not a game changer. The product has 2 risers and the max height goes to 6 inches.
