Pleased with Purchase
These replacement cushions fit my Tiamat 7.1 Version 1 perfectly. After removing the old cushions, I visually compared them side-by-side with the replacements and determined that the replacements were just about a perfect match. The replacements cushions feel as though they take less force to compress and conform to your ears. I remember when I first started using my Tiamat headphones after originally purchasing them, how the ear cushions would hurt my ears after about an hour of use. It seemed to take 2 weeks before I could wear the original Tiamat cushions for long gaming sessions with out encountering ear pain. When I wore the headphones for the first time with the new replacement cushions, I experienced that pain again, but this time it only lasted for about 2 or 3 days. I was very happy that they became comfortable for gamming sessions only after a few days, rather than the weeks as I experienced wearing the original cushions. There are a lot of sellers on Amazon selling replacement cushions for the Tiamat with mixed reviews about the size and fit. Maybe its just the luck of the draw with which pair of cushions get pulled from the bin and shipped to you. One review of the various sellers would state they fit well, and the next review would state they were to small for the same product. I decided to on these replacements after reading as many reviews as I could find for the various sellers (even reviews on Amazon UK), as well as comparing any posted dimensions from the sellers. I purchased these hoping they would measure up to the originals, and if they didn't I would have to try another seller. I am glad I selected these since I would up with cushion that are better that what I was expecting. In fact I am going to purchase a second pair to keep on hand. If the second pair I purchase vary from the first in size, density, etc. I will update my post.

Smaller ear openings than the OEM versions
Although it's possible to install these, they are not plug and chug. These are not simple to install. The mounting plates from the original ear pieces need to be removed from the original pieces and then installed on this pair. The installation requires creating holes in the new versions essentially making them non-returnable.On the comfort side I found the new ear pieces to be considerably smaller and they did hurt my ears after 20-30 minutes of use. If the original Tiamat pads fit around your ears snuggly then I would not consider purchasing these. They will be uncomfortable as also noted in some of the other reviews. Would it hurt the manufacturer to simply make them in the original size??

Not What They Claim to be
These cushions fall very short in size and thickness of the original. They are not identical replacement for Tiamatts. As such the fit is way off and very uncomfortable. However, after 3 months of searching and multiple perchases this is the closest you are going to find

Better than expected
I bought these because other reviewers mentioned how firm the foam is. They installed easier than expected and feel FANTASTIC. I am in love with my head phones as if they are brand new all over again.

Fit headset fine, but hurt my ears.
They were super easy to install on my Razer headset. Be warned you have to punch the holes in the material yourself though. Was initially really happy, but after a short time wearing them, my ears start to hurt pretty bad. I will probably be looking for something a little softer.

Worked great
These actually worked out pretty good for the Tiamat replacements. Just made the holes in the right spots and poof...perfect fit.

They are a perfect fit for the Razer Tiamat.
They fit the original Razer Tiamat perfectly. There tough skinned whatever kind of leather they call them. The memory foam is stiff (that's why I took one star away), but they are the exact same size. Paid $200 for the Tiamat 3 years ago and I love the 7.1 surround sound they put out, but I'm not going to pay another $200 for the new V2 when I can replace a $5 ear pad. On the Razor site you cannot even buy new replacement ear pads for the Tiamat or the version 2 that is currently for sale but you can for there cheaper headsets for 50 bucks. You do have to poke the holes for the mounting plate on the flap of the ear pad but it makes for an exact fit, but no biggie. So in conclusion, they work great and I saved a bunch of money but my ears hurt a little after gaming for an hour or so, but they did so when the headset was new, hope they get a little softer with use.
