A must-have for sub-zero North-country Winters
I am so, so, so thrilled to have this finally! I wanted a BundleMe for my first child but he ended up outgrowing his infant car seat before winter really came. My daughter is very tiny and has a very hard time staying warm, so this is just perfect for her!The BundleMe is luxuriously soft and warm and so easy to install. I love that the zip-off top allows you to regulate the temperature without disturbing the baby! So much easier and more convenient --and actually safer --than tucking layer after layer of blankets around my tiny child. Blankets can be kicked up or blown up over her face by the wind, but the BundleMe stays securely in place. The BundleMe also eliminates the hassle of having to stuff my child into a snowsuit only to have to take her out of her car seat and the snowsuit as soon as we are indoors. Now I can just put her in, zip her up and off we go!As to safety concerns, I have two points to make. One is this: Where I live Winter temperatures are regularly below zero, and the cold alone is a dangerous thing for babies! I try not to take my babies out when the temperatures go sub-zero, but doctors appointments have to happen sometime! Here is my other point: Almost everyone who protests this cover says that putting a layer in between the baby and the car seat is unsafe. But how is that any different than having your baby in a bulky coat or snowsuit? That too adds a layer between the baby and the car seat (that's just as thick, or thicker than the BundleMe) and also adds a layer between the baby and the buckle straps, which is even less safe. If the only truly safe way to keep a baby warm in a car seat is to tuck a blanket or two around him or her in regular indoor clothing and a hat, then I would never be able to take my babies outdoors. It would never keep them warm enough! My one addendum to this is that the older style BundleMe is not safe. It does not have horizontal slits for the car seat straps to slip into, only the vertical velcro strip. This causes the straps to twist and fall right off the baby's shoulders. So please be very careful if you are using a hand-me-down or buying used!Okay, I'm off my soap box now!The BundleMe is a wonderful, essential baby product that's worth every penny!

If you live anywhere cold, YOU NEED THIS
Winter has finally arrived here in Toronto, Canada, and those daily walks to drop off my baby at daycare are getting colder and colder. If dressing a child is a hard level in a video game, then dressing a child in the winter is like that BOSS level where you need all the tricks you have to beat it. You can consider JJ Cole Original Bundle Me the cheat code to beat that hard level. (See what I did there? Because your child usually feels like... no scratch that, is your boss?)But seriously, this thing is heaven sent. when dressing my baby up, I don't have to worry about putting thick pants or snow pants on her for the short walk to daycare. As long as she has her coat and hat on, I know she will be warm and toasty sitting all bundled up in the Bundle Me. Sometimes (depending on baby's mood, we don't even bother with mittens since her hands stay inside). The package it arrived in was compact, we tried it on our strollers and then threw it in the washer. The installation is pretty straightforward: You have Velcro in the middle of the back to allow for the stroller straps and saddle to go through, and another strap at the top to keep the whole thing in position (wraps around the stroller frame).Pros:- WARM and COZY.- Quick installation: Just undo the velcro and run the straps through- Multi stroller fit: We used it on our umbrella stroller and on our big Britax stroller and it worked great on both (This is the umbrella stroller I am using in the pictures http://amzn.to/2gHiRSh)- Dual zippers (for each side) allowing you to completely remove the front part on days where it isn't too cold or to wash the top part only- The same dual zippers allow for the unobstructed operation of the stroller seat. Meaning you can put your child in quickly as if there was nothing extra on the stroller, and then zip up the front part.Cons:- Adds some bulk to the stroller which, combined with your baby's thick winter jacket, makes strapping them in challenging on certain mornings if you haven't had your coffee yet- This gets dirty a lot, naturally, since the bottom part is close to the ground and winter is just messy in general. But it is very easy to remove and wash.

The must-have winter accessories for baby!
This review is based on my experience with my 7 months old baby. We have been using this for 2-3 months, and still use it every day.Pros- Super soft and comfy! My baby loves it.- Easy to use and install. You don't even need to read the instructions.- Safer than a puffy jacket. A puffy jacket makes some room between a baby and a harness of the stroller which can lead to safety issues because the baby is not fastened enough to the stroller. This cover does not affect a lot with the connection between the baby and a harness.- Compatible with the most of strollers. There are many holes that you can connect with the stroller.- Easy to wash. I machine wash this in a laundry bag. Washed a couple of time, and no issue so far!Cons- Hard to fix at the right spot by nature. Need to set it up properly everytime we use. But this is universal for all of this bundle me type covers.I bought a toddler size for my 7 months old baby since she's tall (average 10 months old baby size) and I hoped to use it for a couple more years. If I could go back to the time before I bought this, I would still buy this again. This is one of the must-have items for us since my baby literally use this every day!

This is the best purchase for the winter months for our baby that ...
This is the best purchase for the winter months for our baby that we have made. Originally, when it came, my husband was really negative about the product, because it only attaches to the car seat loosely, through the buckles, and he thought it would bunch up a lot. But once you carefully adjust it and put the baby in it, it stays really great, and the baby keeps warm and cozy without the need for heavy layers underneath. My husband is also happy. We even use it on our short trips in the car through town, but the primary purpose was to have it for our walks in the cold. I also tried the jolly jumper arctic sneak-a-peek, and returned it. It does not seem as warm, plus I cannot get used to the idea of the little hood type cover with a small window for baby's face. She is a bit too tall for those. I have to admit that on occasion I use my Adria nursing / carseat cover on top to protect the baby from wind / sun. Maybe some of the other bundleme (urban or weatherproof) are better at providing all in coverage, but I have no experience with those, and I love the softness of the original bundleme, so I highly recommend it.

Snuggly and great value
This is an excellent and flexible product. It is excellent quality and so much better than many of the other alternatives on the market that are the same price or more and not nearly as nice. I do tend to use mine properly more in the pushchair than the car as I can't be bothered adjusting the straps in the car seat to accommodate the foot muff so just put it on top of my toddler like a blanket - it would be great if you lived somewhere very cold and wanted to use it constantly in the car and just leave it in place though. I think it might also be challenging to lift a sleeping toddler from their pushchair to the carseat while in the footmuff and secure them in, although in theory you should be able to do this too.My only criticism of this excellent item would be that the zip is sometimes a little stiff as there is a lot of fluffy material around it that it can get stuck on and it is not the smoothest zip in the first place. However overall I cannot imagine being happier with another footmuff.
