Rachael Ray Tools and Gadgets Lazy Solid Spoon / Cooking Utensil - , Purple

I wasn't expecting much from this whole line of utensils. To be honest Rachel Ray kinda annoys me, however I'm in love with the whole lazy utensils line. They stay on my pot rim and off my counter tops, I haven't managed to burn or melt one yet which is pretty impressive considering I'm a menace. Plus, they have enough silicon squish to them they are great for stirring and scraping without damaging my cookware. They feel substantial in your hand which is nice, you don't feel like you will accidentally snap it in half or bend it. Oh and the handles do not get hot when hanging from the rim and over the burner, which is super nice.I wish more of them came in the green, I've had to buy a random assortment of colors just to make it work. I guess that is my only complaint!

I purchased one as a gift and a few extras for me. These are fantastic spoons. They're soft touch but very firm. They have a decent sized divot but it's not so big it flings things out of the pan. There's no staining on the grey or blue ones, and they clean so easily. I do not put mine in the dishwasher. The notch in the handle may be gimmicky, but it won't stop you from using it! I have three of these and they really are fantastic spoons. Great for non-stick, aluminum, and enameled cast iron. I've not tried them on regular cast iron. My oldest one is just over two years and still going strong with no scratches or tears in the material.

I have been looking at the Lazy spoon forever and wanting to buy it. However, I was using three wooden spoons to cook with and my Husband was dead set on keeping them. Well I recently retired and have been cooking and baking alot. So I made the decision to purchase the Lazy spoon and threw away the wooden spoons. So glad, I love the size, shape and dark red color of my new Lazy spoon. Thanks Rachel Ray!!!

I saw these used on Rachel Ray’s show & thought they looked like a good idea. I even bought a 2nd one as smal unique hostess gift but the slot on top is too wide for any of my pots. And I don’t have cheap cookware. I guess they only fit her cookware. On mine the spoon tilts way down into the bottom of the pots.

I'm pretty bad about where I put my spoons. They usually end up balanced on something close to the stove, and about half the time I knock them off the (toaster, coffee pot, whatever I picked that day) and get soup or pasta sauce all over everything. With the way this spoon is made, it just hangs out on the edge of the pot minding its own business. Plus, it's purple. I didn't think I'd ever fall in love with a spoon. I did, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Second time buying these, the first one is still going strong its the slotted one has a crack but never fear it still is intact. These are well worth the money , cleaning is easy and don't have to worry about them burning when the kiddos run around and forget to pull it out of the pan. Overall Great Products would recommend to everyone.

I’ve use the silicone spoons for years, they definitely hold up to the heat. I won’t use any other cooking spoons after using these. I hate putting spoons on my counter, and I don’t have room for a spoon rest (Small space woes), so these rest easily on the pan itself.

These spoons are very sturdy and comfortable to hold in your hand. The best feature of course is the slit in the handle. Just slip onto the pot and it doesn't fall off.

This product is better than I thought it would be. Feels very comfortable in my hand and I like that it has done weight to it. I'm very pleased with this product and will definitely be purchasing more!

Very sturdy, nice colour and love the way it rests on the sides of pots. I find the spoon a bit heavy though.
