Is it hard plastic or soft?

It's soft plastic. It gives some but not so much that it loses it's shape.

Can you buy adhesive to reapply to a phone shoulder restadhesive to reapply my shoulder rest?

Double-sided tape with a foam layer is suggested. Auto parts weatherstrip tape or even an arts and crafts store item.

What are the exact dimensions? Will it fit on a land line cordless phone that is curved both vertically and horizontally? Thanks!

I bought this recently for my office phone, so that isn't cordless, but has a curved handle. The sticky strip isn't very wide - 3/4" - 1", and the entire thing is very soft and pliable, so I think it would find on a cordless phone as well.

Are these laytex free? I'm allergic.
