I’ve been using a standard type of home wax for years now. The super messy type, using paper strips to pull it off.The product:When this arrived I read the instructions which states no paper strips needed. The box contained four pouches of wax beads plus wooden spatulas AND mini eyebrow spatulas!!The wax melts smoothly, is a tad messy and takes a little getting used to. But wow is it effective! And so much less painful. Not sure why I thought it would worse really.However. I’d recommend highly.Customer support:I needed to liaise with the Customer support and they were very helpful, very quick to respond and super nice.Thank you

This wax warmer kit is absolutely fantastic. It provides a constant heat source that melts wax beads, then holds it at that melted consistency for as long as required.It is easy to use, what you need to be quick when applying, as it cools down quick and gets hard easily.Very happy with this kit so far, used it on legs, arms and face. Lots of bags of wax included.

The temperature is controllable and even though you warm up the wax to 240 it doesn’t get too hott. However it does cool off quick, so I find myself to be putting it on and off constantly. Overall, it’s good thumb up

I purchased this for my wife. Good value for money & does the job.

This is really easy to use, total novice here but been waxed loads. Simple to set up.
