I really can't believe how much this has helped me. I have pain and read Boron may help lower inflammation and ease pain. I only purchased the 5mg and took it twice a day (once with breakfast and once with dinner) After a week I was amazed how much better I felt as I was moving around better and less pain. After a month, Im feel even better. No, no cartwheels yet but I am surprisingly hopeful. 😊 If you are sealing with pain and inflammation its definitely worth a try.

Bought this to strengthen bones and fingernails. Not sure about how it is actually affecting my bones, because I haven’t had a bone scan. But I know that after about four weeks of using, my fingernails were significantly stronger. You have to take one at least every day for results. It does work! So I am expecting it to also work for my bones.

I just started taking mine and believe it's been a week but one thing I noticed in the last day or so is that my energy has increased. I encourage anyone especially if you are taking vitamin D, you should definitely include vitamin K2 mk7 and magnesium one that absorbs easily such as glycinate with there boron. I plan to take the boron 2 weeks on and one weeks off. I also take. methyl Folate, P-5-P with Methyl B12. First thing in the morning with a full glass of water. That way your body doesn't have to go through the extra steps of converting it to those form that are bioactive and ready to do what it's supposed to do. If you are older than 40
