This pendant is lovely. It's well made and really looks beautiful in person.

I got this necklace for my daughter and it only lasted a total of 3 days! The chain is cheap and flimsy, will easily break. The crystals are good however it would have been better if it was a rope chain then the the one with the latch. All these Amazon necklaces make sure you look at the chain not the charm. I paid $31 for this and now I can't even find it I don't when it broke on her. If I find it I'm return it for a full refund. I hope I can at least find the charm so I can buy my own chain to salvage it. I'm sure it will pop up somewhere. Amazon customer service is no use either

It was a pretty piece but the clasp at the top of the pendant broke and I lost it within 2 days of having it..... definitely would like a refund
