Learn the myths and legends behind this beloved goddess plus practices and suggestions for making Hekate part of your spiritual path. Courtney Weber (author of Brigid and The Morrigan) offers an informed, accessible journey through the lore and history of Hekate, the ancient goddess of crossroads, ghosts, and witchcraft, and reflects on Hekates relevance today. Tools and techniques for incorporating this goddess into your personal journey round out the book. Similar to her other works, Weber strikes a balance between the scholarly and the spiritual. Her exploration of Hekate combines solid research with practical, modern applications. The spiritual content is accessible to anyone with an interest in witchcraft, regardless of their faith or background. Each chapter focuses on a different aspect of Hekate, exploring original mythology, historical context, and contemporary connotations, concluding with spells and personal rituals. The final chapter is a grimoire full of rituals, offerings, and other practices designed to help readers align themselves with this extraordinary goddess. The book also explores magickal ethics, what it means to be a witch in the twenty-first century, and best practices for successful witchcraft. Review: Excellent book - Excellent book. Well worth a read if you want to know more about Hecate before you begin working with het Review: Beautifully written and deeply informative book! - Love this book, so informative and I love the author’s voice (very kind and supportive). The only thing I’ll say is that it shouldn’t have been published without an index. I literally started writing my own on one of the pages. It’s not easy to track down all the info on topics like herbs, which are discussed at different points across the different chapters. I totally understand why topics had to span across the chapters, and I'm used to reading books like this. But readers still need a way to efficiently locate all the info on a given topic for comprehension etc in a primarily educational text. That nerdy bit aside, it’s a beautifully written and deeply informative book!

Well researched & a treasure of personal gnosis!
This book is very well researched with many sources to go down the rabbit hole if you so choose. At the same time, it contains a lot of personal gnosis and wisdom accumulated over years of practice and a deep connection to the Goddess. I absolutely loved this book and followed some of the suggestions offered to build a personal relationship with Hekate. If you want to read one book on this beautiful, dark, mysterious and magickal Goddess, I suggest, you pick this one, as it has substance and depth and is not one of those modern fluffy superficial books people write just to hop on the trend bandwagon. Absolutely well deserved 5 stars!

great book, good quality
the product arrived with no damages. I'm not done reading the book yet, but it's very good. it teaches legit informations about Hekate often with sources cited. it also talks about modern examples or anecdotes so that we can further connect and relate with the goddess, and theres many amazing rituals that can be as simple or as complicated as the practitioner wants. good for both beginners and advanced witches/worshippers. Hail Hekate🗝
