How long does it need to be on for max temp? i have a smaller version wand & it works awesome. i tried 3 times to curl the same piece but it fell flat

I think it takes the same amount of time to heat up as the 1 inch wand does, but I agree that this wand does not work as well. Maybe it's just because it's bigger? But my hair definitely does not hold a curl as long with this wand as it does the smaller one.

Can i use this in europe? it says dual voltage, i understand i will need plug adapter
