This flashlight was an impulse buy because I was frustrated with encountering dead batteries every time I went to use a flashlight. Turns out it was a good purchase and will perform as expected. The battery is rechargeable and charges via a USB port. It is lightweight and has two brightness settings. An added feature is the ability to charge portable devices, such as phone or tablet. The picture is a bit misleading because the charging cable that is hanging off of the flashlight is removable, and the unit looks like a regular flashlight.

Best. Flashlight. Ever! Charge your phone, great flashlight for distance and brightness, and with its heft could be a weapon in a pinch! Steel body, perfect feel in your hand, about 12" long. Best purchase in a long, long time!!! Cannot go wrong with this flashlight. I bought several for presents too. Did I mention it is rechargeable????

I just received my flashlight charger. It said to charge until light is red and all I get is flashing green and red. Is this the why it should be. When I get and answer about this I'm sure I will like it

Great bright light and it charges with a USB cord.My husband uses this for work in homes that do not have power because of fires. It's usually very dark in these homes and he's able to assess the situation.He wants to get this for all his employees.

Love Promier flashlights. Ordered two of these as Christmas gifts bc they seemed so cool. Both recipients loved them. Great that you can charge your devices with them, and they are bright too!
