Just like new again.
Installed on 06 Grand Cherokee in less than 5 minutes. Just pop the old retaining clips off with a small screwdriver and pop the new supports into place. It really is that easy. Now when I press either the remote or lift gate button to open the rear window it just pops open all by itself.

Better than the OEM
Better than the OEM. Powerful enough to make my back glass in the jeep open on its own. Not sure if that's supposed to work, but I love it! Direct fit, easy install. Packaging could be better though, but didn't effect anything.
