Great vitamins!
I've been taking these two days and already I feel so much better! They aren't hard to swallow, and have no flavor! The only weird thing (this may be TMI) they did turn my urine a fluorescent color, but that's not really an issue for me.

Work well, good value, no after-taste
I bought these because I have overactive thyroid and needed something without iodine. Seem to be working well so far. They are a bigger tablet, but I haven't had any problem swallowing them and they don't have an after-taste.

Good vitamins
They seem to be just what I need. I can't take extra iron in my diet and this is one of the few multi vitamins that don't have iron

This has everything you want!
I have been looking for a good multi vitamin and finally found the perfect one. It does not have iron like so many multivitamins. If you want extra iron, you need to take it at a different time since it can interfere with the absorption of all the other vitamins. I have a thyroid condition and can't have iodine, so this is key for me. I love that this pill has some tumeric in it since I was already taking a separate tumeric supplement to help fight inflamation. And it has a fruit/veg blend to help round out any missing colors from the veggie spectrum. All around great supplement.

Multi vitamin without iodine finally
Finally a multi vitamin that I can take. I am allergic to iodine and most vitamins make me ill. This is one that not only meets all of my vitamin needs but is also affordable.

Be warned, lol!
First off, first multivitamin (other than prenatals while I was pregnant) to not make me throw up. Extra Iron makes me constipated and I have recently developed an allergy to shellfish, so I can't do Iodine anymore. However, be warned...it's gonna make your pee look like highlighter fluid. LoL! I mean bright florescent yellow. But so far that's the only negative about it.

No Iodine, yay!
Being allergic to iodine, it was wonderful to find a quality multivitamin which doesn't contain iodine.

Biotin - Interferes with lab tests.
Act in haste, repent in leisure. I guess that is how I purchased this product. I wanted to get healthier, but taking this product might do just the opposite. I decided I should start taking a vitamin - no iodine and no iron because of medical issues. Didn't pay any attention to the other ingredients, thinking, gosh I need vitamins, so these sound perfect. Just as I opened the box and tore off the safety seal, I saw the word - biotin. What? I have been ordering my blood tests online these days, and most of the instructions say something about stopping biotin if it is being consumed. I don't take anything, so I just ignored that warning. But, here is THAT word - biotin. Now that I went and read about biotin, I don't think anyone should be taking this vitamin if they ever have to have blood testing. And, another reviewer said it changed the color of her urine??? Well, how does a doctor interpret that? Anyways, this is what I found, and I know I will be throwing this into the garbage. Obviously, my opinion. The FDA is warning that high doses of vitamin B7, or biotin, in dietary supplements can interfere with hundreds of common lab tests -- including some that emergency room doctors rely on to diagnose a heart attack. The problem has led to at least one death. Biotin is in many multivitamins.Nov 29, 2017
