I love this product sm!! I was looking for a good but small cd player so I could pack it nicely, and this fit’s that perfectly. It’s nice and light and comes with a ton of options for how you can listen. My preference is through headphones. Audio quality is good, not specifically notable but I don’t have complaints :)

I am pretty picky with sound quality. I have bought some used portable CD players, such as Panasonic and Aiwa, but found the sound is not very natural especially the treble, which is tight, harsh and over brilliant and make it tiresome to listen to. Then I have the thought since the chips have advanced much in these years, why not try some new ones from China. It turns out true, this entry level CD player has very natural and balance sound, decent sound separation and stage, the treble is much better than those old guys. What a relief! I am thinking of buying another one from this brand.The player can handle almost all retail CDs and my home burned CD-Rs with no issues, the only downside is the appearance/cosmetic is not as polished as those Japanese brands, but who cares if you only focus on portability and sound quality. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this device! I use it every day because the battery is fantastic and lasts up to 7 hours, perfectly meeting my needs. The earphones are high-quality and feature a lock function, which is super convenient during my daily runs. Charging the portable battery is a breeze, just plug it into an electrical outlet. My favorite feature, though, is its compatibility with cars via the Aux cable.

I bought this in January. It had some difficulty reading CD-R discs but played professional CDs just fine. Today it stopped reading any disc - I get 'ERROR' every time. :-(

Bought this item 3 weeks ago to play CDs while walking. Already stopped working! Wonderful when it works but wouldn't buy again!

I have owned Sony and Panasonic CD Players ever since I started collecting CD's. The Oakcastle Player is at least equal to them and in simplicity of use exceeds the Sony CD Players I have owned. It gives you the basic controls you need without all the fancy extras which are add on's that often stop working. My house is littered with electronic devices that no longer work. They were expensive with all the frills and did everything but make toast for you. Oakcastle customer's refer to this as a "retro" CD Player, I call it an excellent CD Player that does exactly what it should do, which is to simply read the CD and play it back at a high quality consistently with simple controls. If you like all the fancy frills and electronic add on's that other CD Players give you then this unit may not be for you, but if your looking for a simple CD Player that has excellent playback sound with simple intuitive controls at a reasonable price, this unit is for you. .

Works great. I used it for 8 hours straight and the batteries lasted through it too - so this CD player doesn't suck your batteries dry. The CD also doesn't skip while using this CD player. I'd recommend this product to others.
