We got this to store wipes while have something sleek for our TP holder. It looks so great and is so convenient. I love the little light it comes with too. Only thing I’ll say is that we seem to have to charge it a lot more often than I like but probably because I have the bladder of a squirrel during the night (it’s on auto mode so it every time I get up to pee it goes off)!

So got the product and went to install as per directions. Directions are straight forward and they give you great hardware other than the finish screws for the toilet paper bracket. Went to install the toilet paper holder and the finish screws didn’t thread into the welded on thread collars. Got one most of the way in fairly easily and then as it got stuck I third to back it out. I only got about a spin out of it before the welded thread collar welds broke and stripped the head of the screw. The other screw wouldn’t even go past the third thread and got stuck and stripped the head out. So I had to take my metal cut off wheel and cut the screw head off to get that collar that came off out and the other one I had to cut the welds and punch that threaded collar out in order to get the holes free. I thin had to fabricate a new system in order to hold the toilet paper roll to the box utilizing automotive grade materials just to get it into place so that it could be used. Kinda irritating when you get something new and someone didn’t run a thread chaser for the screws through the threaded collar to verify that the screws were going to go through without a issue. If I had known that all this would have happened before hand I would have ran a thread chaser through it to ensure that I wasn’t going to have a problem. All in all it is a nice sturdy box and has an amazing finish and great rails for the drawer. Would recommend but with making sure to run a thread chaser through the toilet paper hold down collars before installing screws.

The size is perfect for any bathroom, great night light option instead of needing to turn on lights in the middle of the night. Have had for almost a year and has held up really well.

Folks, this is heavy. And kind of big. And it is also CHROME, like shiny chrome, not just a chrome-like finish. I kept it because the price was not worth the hassle of sending it back, plus it was my fault for not really realizing how chrome-y (?) this really was. When I opened it my kids thought it was a car part, lol. All kidding aside, it is a solid piece and it was evident that the seller had packed it with care, and I also appreciated both the light and the microfiber cloth which I assume was to buff fingerprints off the chrome. I opted not to use this for TP, but as a shelf for something else in my garage, and it is definitely sturdy as long as you anchor it correctly.I would absolutely purchase from this seller again, but make sure you double-check which finish you are ordering, in case bathroom chrome isn't your jam.

****** SECOND UPDATE ******We requested a replacement, and received it in two days.The new one went together very easily, and works great.Thank you Piffny!**** UPDATE ****I was finally able to contact Piffny Customer Service. They kindly offered a refund or replacement.This TP Holder with shelf and drawer is definitely heavy duty.However the threads on the two mounting screws for attaching the TP Roll Arm to the Fixture DO NOT match.The Fixture threads appear to be Nutserts or spot welded in. So no practical way to change them.I am unable to locate a Customer Service contact email address or phone number.Just slightly frustrating. Guess we could use the shelf to stand the TP roll on. 🤔

Live the holder. It’s super cute. It’s 2 pieces, and comes with 2 anchors and 2 screws. Do NOT use the I closed hardware! The anchor is super heavy duty, which is done, but the screws aren’t strong or large enough to go all the way through the anchors. We had to rip it out and then use pliers and tin snips to get it apart. Ended up using my own anchors and and screws and ita holdong up just fine.
