Great product. Doubles as a squat belt and dip belt. The chain is heavy duty suitable for both Olympic (2inch) and 1 inch plate holes. It’s much more durable than the alternatives.I also use the belt to strap on additional weight while squatting as don’t own a squat rack & feel uncomfortable lifting heavy weight overhead. The chain allows this as you can double it up, adjusting the weight to sit higher off the floor to get a nice deep squatGreat product, great price. Highly recommend

I was unsure of a combination belt, but so far it's been good and hasn't caused me any injuries, the velco is strong a few months in, the belt fits tight and doesn't slide up my back as a squat or pull down on my hips when I do tricep dips.It's a rare product that has actually been worth the money and does what it claims, so far at least.

It's a great belt that has good adjustment settings on it. The chain attachment is great too and feels very secure.

Does what it's supposed to do, for the money it's alright. The carabiners need an extra push to close properly.

Really good quality and comfortable to use

I bought this belt for pulling a weighted sled backwards. It works fine for this purpose. I attach a short cable from the chain to the sled using carabiners. This is what I bought it for.

utilisée pour faire des "dips"...traction barre fixe...bien sûr l'utilisation de cette ceinture étantde pouvoir se lester...il existe différentes ceintures (plus ou moins ergonomique) ....là j'ai fait le bon choix...c'est ergo...confortable...pratique ....solide...sécurisant...l'utilisation de la chaine pour se lester des poids...ou "kettlebell"...et particulièrement "pratique"...pour le moment rien à redire....(c'est du made in China...)...mais bon !!!
