Poorly made and unreliable
I purchased this heater with my new sauna around 2 years ago and have only used it for short periods of time on about 10 occasionsIn that time it has gone wrong twice. First, one of the heating elements and now the thermostat control which needs to be replaced, which is very expensive and out of warrantyThe unit was expensive, poorly built and totally unreliable which isn't too surprising when you see the seriously poor build quality. The plate holding the thermostat and timer has already seriously corrodedI was advised to pay the extra for a Harvia sauna heater as they are reputed to be the bestNot so! There are many better built, more reliable sauna heaters around at half the price of this rubbishTheir after sales service is hopeless too!Avoid like the plague ~ Buy a different brand!
