It worked. I lost 6lbs in about a week. My only complaint is that most of the lunches are either spicy or have tomato sauce which is not great for my stomach.

I am not a picky person when it comes to food, but the food for this system is awful. I'm really being honest about it. I ordered it hoping that I could get on track losing weight. I've seen infomercials and decided to try it. First off, it took a long time to get the product. I immediately tried the foodthe night it arrived. I was extremely disappointed. I could not believe the quality of the food in the box. You are better off going to the super market and buying low calorie products (oatmeal, nutrition bars, low calorie frozen foods etc.) I tried Nutrisystem about 20 years ago and thought the quality of the food would have greatly improved with technological advances. I was wrong. Do not waste your money on this system. I'm telling the truth.

The food choices were some things I wasn't used to eating. I thought this kit might be the answer but it just wasn't me.

Before I say anything, I want to say that I lost 25 lbs and that it works, The food can sometimes be unusual but I would never classify it as bad. My problem is that when I order it online there are always problems. In this case, the shakes were missing and it being a 7 day (instead of 5 day) plan, I had to supplement a lot more food into the program. In the future, I will stick to the 5 day plan (Home-style seems to be the best) and will order from Walmart.com (pick-up) ... it seems to be the best price and I can check the contents before I leave the store.

Not the right diet plan for me. I only lost 2 pounds will not try this again.

The system was very easy to follow. Remarkably I was not hungry after the first day. I felt full! You have to plan ahead with other meals to stick to the program.

Perfect. Food although prepackaged was exceptionally tasty.

Some of the food items were outdated by as much as 5 months. Did not care formost of the food.
