Arrived quickly and packaged well. Really easy to build contrary to what others have said. Took me roughly an hour on my own to build. Instructions clear. Just sort out all the nuts and bolts before starting. Once built the bed is strong and sturdy and the gas struts plenty strong enough. Overall a great bed that is well worth the money. A*****

I ordered the velvet finish, it’s lovely and soft to the touch and a nice light grey colour to match my neutral room.The instructions advised 2 people to assemble and said it would take approx 2.5h, however my husband assembled it alone in 1.5h he said the instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were there.The felt sheet attachment for the base is pointless though so we left that off which is better anyway.It lifts fine and feels sturdy but we’ve only had it 2 days so hopefully it’ll last a while.The bed itself is a Home Treats bed but delivery was quicker from Amazon Prime hence why I ordered from here rather the the company direct. I have no reasons so far to not rate it a 5* 😊

Assembly of this thing was maddening. Nothing lined up, the mounting holes for the hinges were completely different on each side, and the thing just wouldn't open properly until I played around with the alignment of everything. And the last instruction in the manual is to turn it on its side to fit the fabric bottom..easier said than done with a solid metal bed frame.Once it was all together and working it has been a pretty good bed, there isn't too much storage under it since it is quite low to the ground but it is enough for clothes bags or slim containers. The mechanism works fine with a full size mattress on it giving a reasonable angle so you can access most parts under the bed, it may be a stretch at the head board end though. The velvet style cloth finish is not bad quality and I haven't had any issues with it marking on the stepped edges. All in all a fine bed once it was together, just have to watch it doesn't move away from the wall since if it twists slightly nothing will line up and work.

Really pleased with bed, assembly was easier than I expected and the bed is good quality and sturdy. Would recommend.

It wasn’t Clear enough in the product purchase that the bed needs building completely from scratch , it’s an health a safety concern if the bed isn’t done properly can collapse. The slats look cheap and you are paying for a cheap bed frame .

Great value. Easy to lift the ottoman part of the bed with a good amount of storage. Centralized legs inside for extra support. Soft, smooth material, light grey in colour. Perfect addition for teen upgrade.

Liked the bed so far.

This bed is very ideal for the storage underneath. Only downside is that the pistons come off the hinges regularly.
