No assembly instruction video.
Unbelievably, they did not include an assembly instruction video with this Ab Doer Elite. The company also could not tell me how to find a video online. I have no idea how sturdy or versatile it is because I cannot put it together.

So far really enjoying this!
Very fast shipping - carefully packed - ordered directly from Thane the manufacturer.Friend helped me put it together - easy 30 minutes.I am really enjoying the workouts - there are so many to choose from.The only thing I'm having trouble with is the "key" that releases the seat. I'm 85 have arthritis in my fingers and it's been hard for me to release the seat but I'm getting better. I absolutely love the 360 mobility mode - feels great.I've only had it for a few days - hoping it lasts for a long time - so far feels quite sturdy.

I like the product but customer service is horrible.
I bought this product recently. It came with a defective pin that falls out every time I use it. I have attempted to contact customer many times support as it is still is under the manufacturers warranty. The manufacturer’s website has a customer support telephone number (no email) That offers 24 service and limited times of the day operation - ? Can’t have both. The number is always busy with no recording or support. I don’t believe it is a working number. I like the machine but the customer support is disgraceful. I either have to return the entire machine or Gerry rig some sort of solution. Ridiculous

I did not receive the CD or DVD that goes with the Abdoer - wondering when I can get it as I need it to use the item?
