Perfect shirt for hiking
These shirts now make up the bulk of my wardrobe. They're thin enough for hot humid climates, yet durable enough to not be ripped on thorns or branches. Perfect shirt for hiking. The 5.1 oz. poly/cotton ripstop fiber is made to last, and the DuPontโข Teflonโข DWR (durable water-resistant) finish makes them rapid drying in case you're sweating it out in the woods. The fact that these shirts remain so sharp looking while being so functional is a huge plus. These could be worn to the office as redily as to the trails. If you want to get the most use out of these shirts, always hang dry them. They dry in less than 2 hours, and it will greatly extend the lifetime of the fiber. I wouldn't be surprised if one of these could last 20 years with propper care.

Good Deal Alert!
I have not field tested this shirt for durability, however I do really like the design. Size wise it seems to work for me, it's a little big but not a poor fit by any means. I don't mind the color and the pockets are a major plus. I urge people to go check these out on Youtube. The only real negative is that it is a bit heavy of a material to really be considered lightweight but it seems to breath okay.

Good stuff, Maynard!
As others have stated, the only thing "light weight" about this shirt is the pricing vs. the normal BlackHawk MSRP: it is really a very solidly constructed garment. In comparison to the canvas they make their pants from, maybe it's lightweight, but it is otherwise a very nice shirt that will stand up to daily use very well. Please note that this is a NON-SHRINKING 65/35 poly-cotton blend, so order one size smaller than what you're used to getting your 100% cotton garments in, since it WON'T be "shrinking to fit."Other than that, this is just an outstanding value: I haven't come across a shirt as well made as this one is for this price in quite awhile, probably a decade or more.

This shirt feels like it will last forever
Runs way too big, DEFINITELY order a size smaller on this shirt. Excellent value on a rugged, useful shirt.I ordered the XXL as usual, it is just huge and doesn't shrink at all.The price is so reasonable, I bought another one but in XL, and I will just give the XXL away.

Great shirt, but runs small.
I ware this shirt at least once a week and it holds up very well. The sizing does run small. So a 2x is more like a 1x, a 1x is more like a Large and so. Made very strong and will hold up to most any thing throw at it.

Ordered a 2xl like I do for most shirts
Ordered a 2xl like I do for most shirts, not for the width but for the extra length... These run really wide and I probably should have ordered a large. The quality of the craftsmanship is really good and I like all the technical aspects of the shirt and pockets.

Heavy Weight Duty Shirt
Nice quality shirt. Heavier fabric than I expected. It runs large as I think it is designed as a law enforcement duty shirt with extra room to accommodate body armor. It did include two epaulettes and a badge holder all of which would require being sewn on.

Nice shirt.
Nice shirt for 10 bucks. Lots of pockets and the color is nice. Material is a little heavier than I would like for southwestern summer temps of 100 degrees or more. It will be a nice fall weather shirt for temps in the 60-70 degree range.
