Q: Is there a sizing chart?

There may not be. I ordered a childrens' XL and it was too small. I remember ordering a size Men's small for my grandson and it was too tight in the waist. The adult medium worked great. He is size 16 usually. The length was not a big deal because the pants have elastic bottoms. They are a good quality.

Q: Do these pants have elastic around the ankles?

Yes, the pants are meant to be worn pulled up.

Q: Are these junior sizes or adults? I've got a 36" waist and I'm 5'10" should I get a medium or large?

These are adult sizes. However, my son bought the large pants. His normal pants are 36-38. These Easton pants run very narrow through the thighs. I would suggest an XL.
