This company stinks! Buy another brand. Installed the unit and it cools great. Problem is that more often that not the unit on the wall won't respond to the remote. So it would seem it has a bad mother board. Contacted seller 2 times with no response. So I hit the refund button to get their attention. A few days later I got a refund. Well that's great. Or is it? Yah I got a full refund but I'm out the install, have to remove and dispose of this unit, and install another unit! All I needed is a simple replacement part......

Works very well. Much more efficient than the window unit it replaced. Very quiet. Installation was not difficult and the instructions were clear. Be sure to have the right tools vacuum pump, gauges, hoses with correct fittings, torque wrenches, and drill for cutting the hole through the wall. Keep in mind that the warranty is invalid if the registration is not signed by a certified HVAC installer.

Worse customer service ever!!! Had it professionally installed, always had a E9 error on it. Does not cool my 350 sq ft space. Have constantly had problems! Don't waste your money!!!! The company is of no help what so ever! Kept acting like it was something I did. Absolutely ridiculous!

Installed about a month ago during very hot SW FL weather. Unit cools well, but must be powered off periodically because it freezes. Customer service is not reliable. I reached an actual person on two subsequent days, then no response from two emails and two more phone calls. Would recommend going with a different brand based on my experience. Customer Service Update and change in rating 11/06/2017 Daniel from Kingsfin called me today and apologized for the gap in customer service. He explained that he had been on vacation. He verified what our HVAC service person found - poor installation. Now that the error has been corrected and the unit is functioning properly, we are very happy with its performance. I suggested that the company arrange to have coverage for vacations in the customer service area and Daniel agreed that although they try to keep ahead of issues, they are still small and will endeavor to do better. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism and effort to answer my concerns. About the unit itself - it is unobtrusive, super quiet and seems to operate effortlessly to cool a 400 square foot space.

Only problem would never answer any question or return text messages,to be honest would not buy from them again for that reason. But the unit works fine to to many other choices to get shined after the sale...

I opened my box about one month after I purchased it and the corner was a dent, I hope when I hook it up it works.

Unit compressor went out after 5 months of little use. I have emailed seller and will update based on their reply or lack of... Update - heard back - have to send in paperwork, read warranty details! Does not cover labor - freight etc — that’s freight to ship back or replacement unit.. doesn’t cover any service calls or install of replacement unit .. go with different brand .. sometimes cheap is too go to be true ...

I replaced a window unit with this one and it looks a lot more nicer and functions much better and quieter. Installation took about 4 hours, was not as hard as IKEA furniture but also not for everyone. Need to have a vacuum pump for the proper installation or hire an HVAC installer. I recommend this unit.
