How many pair are in this box. ?

Ordered from Salon and Spa. Only 16 pair in the box and they expire next August so they have been around for a while.

Are all of your warmer made in the USA

The manufacturer is Kobayashi of Dalton, GA. The package of toe warmers I bought says, "Made in the USA using domestic and imported materials."

How are you supposed to put these on your feet and go hiking or do any other outdoor activities but your not supposed to put them in your shoes?!

They attach to the botton of your socks. They should not be placed down directly in your shoe.
