Very comfortable, They look very nice, I wear them probably six days a week and they have not fallen apart and they don’t look like they’re going to fall apart. Without these shoes, I would not be able to stand on my feet for as long as I do every day.

My orthopedic surgeon actually recommended these shoes for me. This shoe checks all the boxes for me.....wide and deep toe box, lightweight, and incredible support for ankles, knees and hips.....even with the addition of my carbon fiber insole. I've had rheumatoid arthritis my entire life, resulting in numerous joint replacements, frequent fractures, bunions, and more. I just came out of a walking boot, and have spent oodles of $$ out of pocket, trying to find the right shoe for me. I wish these were covered by health insurance, and that they had had a different color available in my size. That being said, they are worth every dollar spent. I have been wearing these shoes for about a week straight. They feel like an extension of my body....naturally aligning me, and not creating pain in my other lower body joints. No other shoes I have tried, have had this effect. I have finally found my shoe. Thank you Gravity Defyer. Please make more of the other cool colors in my size!

These are the best orthopedic shoes I’ve EVER purchased. I have Talocalcaneal coalition on my right foot and I also wear a compression sleeve around my ankle. Great arch support and the shoe is so light that it’s like walking on clouds! Love them!

Paid an extra $24 for them to arrive sooner and didn’t get them until the next day after the shipping date they fit great and feel great but mad that I couldn’t get a refund on them for my shipping that I paid for

I thought my pickleball career was over!! I had a broken toe and a terrible blastoma on the bottom of my foot. I was in pain and buying every athletic footwear that promised padding and comfort. I was desperate... Then I read the product information about the Gravity Defy shoes. It, really, was my last ditch effort for any relief I could get.These shoes are amazing!!! I wear them from working around my house to on the courts playing very competitive pickleball. I really thought I would have to submit to an exercise that was not on my feet. This has changed my world and my pain is non-existent at this point. I am buying a second pair! Thank you for an amazing footwear!

Gravity defyer has greatly lowered the quality of their shoes. For instance, the writing on the inserts comes off on your socks in a couple days. My older pairs, the writing is clear as day. Looks the same as it did when they were new. The shoes are not glued as well either. Newer pairs separate sole from upper. They used to come with an extra pair of shoe laces in a different color that matched your shoes. Also used to come with thin inserts you put in to custom the fit of your shoe. If one leg was slightly shorter than the other or one foot more narrow than the other.....these inserts were used to custom the fit.This is probably the last pair of gravity defyers I will ever buy. The heel cup is loosey goosey. You have to keep tapping your shoe under your foot.However, the cushion and impact absorption is amazing. That's why I stayed loyal despite the quality decline.I returned my pair after this one. The sole and upper were not glued well and were separating. My friend bought the same pair and her sole came off in the back at work. She is a nurse. She had to go get shoe goo and glue it back on her lunch. I work on hard concrete floors. I can't have my shoe failing me at work.

I've been having to try different shoes due to a sore heel. Of course, I'm doing stretch therapy to heal the issue, but I needed some shoes that took impact off the heel. Before buying these I was wearing Zcoils, which are very hard to walk in on my walks outside. These fit perfectly and the provided inserts are a plus+++. They do take a lot of impact off the heel too. I love their design, color, quality. This is my first purchase of this brand. I have other orthopedic shoes, such as Brooks, but these top the other brands. They have something special in the heel to reduce impact, which makes a big difference when walking daily outside on pavement. Zcoils work fairly well too, but they take a long time to adapt to the large spring on the heel. Combined with the stretch therapy and these shoes, I should be able to get back to normal soon.

I bought the shoes because I have constant foot pain (heel and achilles). These are very comfortable and come with 3 different insoles: 1x comfortable, 1x with extra support (which I use), and a 3rd to help adjust the size of the shoe if it is too big. That's just great service! The shoes are expensive but worth it if you need to be on your feet a lot. They have a mild rocker-sole that takes the pressure off your heel when you walk. The shoes also look very cute and I've received a heap of compliments (not sure why other reviews call them ugly?). If you don't like the colour, they offer a different selection. I love mine! Warning: they are not waterproof but can be easily machine washed when dirty. Get 1 size bigger.
