Superior Customer Service
Very pleased with the customer service and the product. The scooter arrived a bit sooner than expected. It was well packaged and easy to assembly. After about 6 months of use, it developed a problem. Communication with William at Suncoast Mobility was easy and prompt. He provided necessary information to diagnose the problem, then quickly sent parts, since the scooter was still under warranty. It was easier to work with William through email, than with any of the local dealers. The scooter is a good value. It is used to go on “hikes” on trails in the woods. The ground clearance helps getting over roots and rocks. It has the endurance needed for a nice long trip. The ride and the seat could be a bit more comfortable, however. Battery removal is very easy, which really helps when loading and unloading into the back of an SUV.

IT TOOK ME AWHILE TO PUT ASIDE THE MONEY FOR THIS SCOOTER AND NOW THAT I HAVE IT,ITS BEAUTIFUL AND ALL THAT I KNEW IT WOULD BE.WORTH ALL THE MONEY IT COST..THKS GOLEN TECH AND SUN COAST...

Great scooter
This is the best scooter I have owned. It helps me to keep up with my grandkids on days at the zoo or on other adventures.

Best investment I could've made.
Especially in the small town I live in, I can get anywhere I need to go. Grocery store, bank, all the shops in town, coffee in the morning. It also holds a charge very well.

So far, so good. I have owned this unit for about a month and it works as advertised! As this is a "tentative" assessment I give it a four star rating, will know more later. I may adjust the rating if warranted.

buizzaround scooter
this scooter was bought as a xmas present for my stepdaughter. the scooter was delivered on time and in perfect condition. it rides comfortably and is pretty big, comes apart in pieces and is a little heavy.
