It taste like the perfect blend of ketchup, mayo, and some seasonings that seem to be onion, maybe garlic and paprika, and dill (not enough to get that "minty" flavor. With the most "forward" on the tongue flavors being the ketchup and mayo. It goes good on everything, cold cut sandwiches, chicken tenders, burgers, hot dogs, wings, anything you'd want to dip in something. It says "chunky" but its not really the consistency of something chunky, its a smooth sauce with tiny cubes of what taste like onions (its probably the tiny gerkins but they don't taste like pickles, trust me I do NOT like pickles). Value wise, the bottle is small and for $13 this is definitely highway robbery. If you can find a bottle closer to $3-$5 I can't see myself willing to spend more than that on something you can whip up with giant tubs of bulk store brand ketchup and mayo in just a few seconds. I love this stuff!
This is so good on burgers. Tastes like Big Mac sauce. I like it better than Trader Joe's Magnifisauce which used to be my favorite on burgers. The Trader Joe's sauce 'Mac Sauce' (Magnifisauce) is a little sweeter and not as thick for comparison.

This stuff is delicious!
Was looking for a dupe for the In and Out burger sauce. This is more like a Mc Donald’s Big Mac sauce. It tastes great but the bottle is on the small side. I was expecting a larger bottle due to the condiment being on the pricey side.

Small Quantity, not at all like Mac Sauce Taste
I was surprised at how small this was. Think of a normal sized mayo or ketuch bottle -- this is about half the size. and at the price charged for it, it's not worth it. To make matters worse, it didn't taste like Mac Sauce like others said. It is spicy, not tangy like Mac Sauce. It was disappointing. I tried it on a couple different occasions just to give it a chance, but I was disappointed. I won't be buying it in the future due to the small quantity you get and the taste that really doesn't taste like Big Mac sauce as others have said here.
